All stages of the manufacturing process are carried out in a modern Manufacturing and warehouse hall an area of 13,000 m², ensuring the highest technological and quality standards.

Manufacturing in a clean-room area of over 5,000 m² includes the injection molding and extrusion of individual product components and automatic assembly on highly specialized assembly lines.

In 2021, we launched a fully automated assembly process—integrated with packaging—for innovative infusion fluid transfer devices, based on our proprietary and patented solutions.

In addition, Margomed has a modern sterilization line and its own microbiological laboratory.

Using our knowledge, many years of experience in the medical industry, and the technical facilities available at Margomed, we implement a continuous process of product improvement by introducing innovative solutions to our product range, with a particular emphasis on product safety, user comfort, and environmental impact.
